First, we apply a combination of the following three cleaning PRODUCTS to the desired surfaces:
After applying the three cleaning agents, we wash off the same surfaces with low-pressure water in a wide, soft fan (it's so soft you can run your hand under it)—known as a Soft Wash. All exterior glass is flushed off with fresh water to remove residue. Note, however, that this glass flush-down is not a proper window cleaning (see: Window Cleaning Services).
Older timber window frames and door frames (joinery typically found on villas and bungalos) have a tendency to leak when washed, so we hand clean around timber joinery with a soft brush and a hose. To make certain we avoid any water egress, we do recommend you put old towels down on the inside sills to minimise potential leakage. This is not necessary for aluminium joinery.
