General Manager
With a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing, Annie brings valuable entrepreneurial experience from successfully owning and operating her own business. Her inner yogi shines through in her cool and composed leadership style, supported by remarkable resilience. Joining the company as a residential account manager four years ago, she has advanced through various roles, wears multiple hats, and has overseen spectacular growth since taking the reins as general manager in 2023.

Body Corporate & Commercial Account Manager
Michele is a tenured sales and customer service expert with proven success in the field. She possesses astute problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver a high level of tailored customer care. As a body corporate and commercial specialist and dedicated account manager, Michele’s key accounts include highly regarded New Zealand companies in the religious, government, corporate, body corporate, and construction sectors.
Eden
Residential Account Manager
With a background in service delivery, Eden has been employed by some of New Zealand’s most reputable companies. Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, she is passionate about using her skills and experience to bring a high level of customer care to the residential sales client base, ensuring that clients’ homes are in good hands.
Tonya
Accounts & Administration Manager
Bringing to the job 10 years of experience in the trade services industry fulfilling a wide variety of roles and tasks, Tonya takes care of The House & Building Wash Company’s payable and receivable accounts. Furthermore, Tonya supports the operations side of the business to ensure that our technicians have all the equipment and supplies they need on the job to make clients’ properties shine.

Regional Business Development Manager
Armed with a degree in Social Policy and Marine Science, Dinah brings a unique analytical perspective to our team. Her track record of leading successful teams across diverse industries is a testament to her leadership skills and strategic vision. Starting in residential sales, Dinah quickly expanded her scope to encompass commercial and body corporate business. Renowned for her ability to deliver results, she plays an instrumental role in driving our business’s growth and innovation.

Body Corporate & Commercial Account Manager
With a background in the customer service industry, Kylie brings the skills and experience crucial to delivering excellent customer service to body corporate and commercial clientele. Her key accounts include highly regarded New Zealand companies in the government, body corporate, construction, and business sectors. Kylie is dedicated to ensuring clients feel valued and at ease from start to finish while delivering 5-star results.
Cat
Residential Sales
Cat has a background in advertising and media, a bold personality that can brighten up any room, and strong commitment and negotiation skills. Bringing her personality into her sales ethos, she provides a fun and upbeat consultation process. Cat is dedicated to developing positive relationships and facilitating the day-to-day operations of the cleaning of her clientele’s properties.
Joe
Foreman
An expert in his field with six years of experience, Joe is fully qualified in working at heights, elevated work platforms (EWPs), pest control, and cedar washing. He brings extensive knowledge to client meetings and inspections and expertly schedules, coordinates, and supervises teams for large commercial and body corporate jobs. Joe is known for his efficiency and excellent leadership skills but also cares for his team’s well-being, mentoring them both on- and off-site and even doubling as their barber!
Dion
Workshop Manager
With 45 years of experience in the engineering business, Dion is a specialist at fault-finding and is invaluable for keeping our fleet of wash trucks operational and on the road to ensure that our technicians are able to get to and from jobs and complete them without a hitch. Dion is a passionate family man and an invaluable asset to the House & Building Wash team.
