Bringing to the job 10 years of experience in the trade services industry fulfilling a wide variety of roles and tasks, Tonya takes care of The House & Building Wash Company’s payable and receivable accounts. Furthermore, Tonya supports the operations side of the business to ensure that our technicians have all the equipment and supplies they need on the job to make clients’ properties shine.

With 45 years of experience in the engineering business, Dion is a specialist at fault-finding and is invaluable for keeping our fleet of wash trucks operational and on the road to ensure that our technicians are able to get to and from jobs and complete them without a hitch. Dion is a passionate family man and an invaluable asset to the House & Building Wash team.

Cat has a background in advertising and media, a bold personality that can brighten up any room, and strong commitment and negotiation skills. Bringing her personality into her sales ethos, she provides a fun and upbeat consultation process. Cat is dedicated to developing positive relationships and facilitating the day-to-day operations of the cleaning of her clientele’s properties.
