We have experienced huge growth in recent years and are always on the lookout for more technicians to help keep Auckland sparkling.
Who Are We?
We are a medium-sized, Kiwi-owned exterior cleaning company. We have been operating for 27 years and have cleaned over 80,000 homes and buildings to date. With the help of our strong client base, up to 80% of our work is either repeat or referral.
Even being a medium-sized company, however, we are the largest specialist property wash company in Auckland region and are experiencing ongoing growth. We have our own offices and workshop where we service our wash trucks and service/build our own power washing equipment.
What Are We Looking For?
No experience is necessary, as we will train you, but preferably you are someone who:

Has a positive, "can do" attitude;
-
Enjoys physical, outdoor work (in all weather);
-
Lives in/around the suburbs of Mt Wellington or Te Atatu, although other Auckland suburbs will be considered;
-
Is physically fit and agile (under 90kg is preferred for walking on roofs without damaging them);
-
Is self-disciplined;
-
Speaks English;
-
Is comfortable working at heights and on roofs—we will train and certify you to use a safety harness;
-
Is prepared to take care of and responsibility for both our clients' properties and our equipment;
-
Has some mechanical sense;
-
Is neat and tidy by habit and appearance while still being able to dig deep and get the job done;
-
Has a current full manual driver's licence;
-
Has NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa;
-
Will pass a police background check and regular random drug and alcohol tests;
-
Is prepared to be paid according to performance;
-
Is prepared to work every other Saturday during the spring;
-
Is prepared to be paid twice monthly;
-
Has off-street parking at home for a company vehicle.
Most important of all, you must:

Be trustworthy!
Pay & Benefits
Trainees start at $50,000 per year including bonuses. Senior/Qualified Technicians earn upwards of $70,000 per year. Benefits include higher rates for overtime, 4 weeks per year of holiday pay, sick pay, statutory holiday pay, etc., a uniform, wet weather gear, smartphone, company vehicle, and fuel card, along with the opportunity to participate in our active social club.
Training
Expect the following training:

Initial basic training/induction
Followed by specialist training in:
-
Elevated Work Platform (Height Access Machinery) Certification;
-
Safety Harness Use Training and Certification;
-
First Aid and Urban Pest Control Qualifications/Certification.

Bungee jumping off the Harbour Bridge;

Zip-lining on Waiheke Island;

Journeying up the Auckland harbour for dinner and drinks at the Riverhead Tavern;

Jumping out of a plane at 16,500 feet;

Progressive dinner on a fancy bus;
