I knew nothing of this company and just walked up to them one day while they were on another job. The contractor immediately surveyed my property, gave a quote on the spot (very reasonable too, I thought). On the day, the work was executed efficiently and with care not to spray too much water through my ill-fitting old timber windows. The result is excellent, proven through the fact that I had real estate agents come knocking at the front door the very next day, something which hasn't happened for a long time.

I've used this company for 4 years in a row now they've without fail delivered an outstanding result. Their customer service is excellent, with a welcome friendly reminder sent to me when my next wash is due, and an easy booking system. The onsite team is polite, prompt, thorough, tidy and professional. Edren & Jordan carried out my most recent clean and my house is once again beautiful and sparkling, with all traces of mildew and grime gone. Highly recommend this company.

We have a rather tricky house to wash - a Victoria villa, two storey, glass verandahs, casement windows and small air vents above the windows and doorways. Other house washing companies have done a good job washing our house, but invariably all of them have sprayed water through the windows and the air vents, not ideal for the furniture and carpets inside.
But the two really polite and friendly young men from the House and Building Wash Company did an outstanding job - an immaculate cleaning of the house, and not a speck of water came inside. We were tremendously impressed, both with the two technicians and their work.
I can not recommend this company more highly, other than to say that next year they've booked in to come and clean our house again.
